Privacy Policy
Play Sporks operates two games — Reverse Engineer and Sporks. Neither game requires an account or collects personal information. The table below summarizes what each game does with your data.

Analytics
Both games use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that does not collect personally identifiable information. It records page views, country-level location (not city or street address), device type, and referring URL.
Infrastructure & third parties
Reverse Engineer is hosted on Vercel. Anonymous puzzle statistics are stored using Upstash Redis.
Sporks is hosted on Vercel (frontend) and Railway (backend). Each provider maintains their own privacy practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers or other third parties.
Children's privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Terms of Service
By using any game on playsporks.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.
Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older to play. Our games are not directed at children under 13.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our games in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other players. In multiplayer games, player names must not be offensive, hateful, or harassing. We reserve the right to take action against misuse of any service.
No warranty
All games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access.
Changes and discontinuation
We may update these terms or discontinue any game or the platform at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Play Sporks and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
